Terms

The fine print, in plain words.

How this website may be used, and how working together is arranged.

Using this website

Who we are

This website is run by Living Brand LLC (“Living Brand”, “we” or “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. You can reach us at hello@livingbrand.agency.

Our content

The words, design and pictures on this site belong to us, or to the people who let us use them. You’re welcome to read them, share links and print pages for your own use. Please ask before copying them for anything else. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of this site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

We link to our clients’ websites and other pages we think are useful. We don’t control them, so we aren’t responsible for what’s on them.

No guarantees

We work to keep this site accurate, but it’s provided as it is. Prices, services and details can change, and nothing here is a binding offer until we agree it with you in writing.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for any loss that comes from using this website.

Working with us

These are our standard terms for client work. Before we start, we’ll send you a written agreement with your prices and details. If anything in it differs from this page, the signed agreement wins.

Prices

One number to build it, one for the month, both in writing after the first conversation. Nothing is billed by the hour, and there are no change orders. Anything beyond your website, such as a logo and brand identity, print or video, is quoted on its own.

Paying

Half of the build fee is due before we start, and the other half at launch. The monthly fee is billed at the start of each month. We send an invoice for every payment. If a payment is more than 30 days late, we may pause work and care until it’s paid.

Ongoing care

After launch, a monthly fee covers hosting, care and improvements, set to fit your organization. It runs month to month, with no minimum term, until either of us ends it.

Changes and updates

Send changes whenever you need to. We handle them in order, one at a time, so each one is done properly. New work, such as a new page, section or feature, is quoted on its own before we start.

What we need from you

One conversation, access to your current site and quick feedback. Anything you send us, such as text, photos and logos, must be yours to use. You’re responsible for making sure what your site says about your business is true, and follows the rules of your industry.

Who owns what

You own your website’s content, and the logo, brand identity and designs we make for you, once they’re paid for in full. We keep our own tools, templates and know-how, and we may show your work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. If you ever leave, we hand over your website’s files, your content and your domain.

Other companies’ services

Some things come from other companies, such as your domain name, email, stock photos, fonts or paid features. Their own terms apply to them, and you pay for them directly unless your quote includes them.

Hosting and care

Hosting, security, speed and backups are ours to handle. We work to keep your site fast and online, but no one can promise a website will never go down. If yours does, we’ll get it back as quickly as we can.

Results

We work hard to help your brand win more customers, and we’ll tell you what we see. But we can’t promise specific results, such as rankings, visits, leads or sales, because they also depend on things outside our control.

Keeping things private

We keep your business information private, and use it only to do your work. Our privacy page explains how we handle personal information.

Ending the work

Either of us can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, by email. You pay for the work and care up to the end date. Once everything is paid, we hand over your files, your content and your domain.

If something goes wrong

We’ll always try to put things right first. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it, and neither of us is responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits.

For everyone

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. If we ever disagree, we’ll try to sort it out by talking first. Anything we can’t settle that way will be handled by the courts of Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its date. Changes don’t affect work we’ve already agreed in writing. Last updated September 30, 2026.
