What we collect, and what we don’t.

Living Brand is Living Brand LLC, a creative brand agency. If you have a question about your information, write to hello@livingbrand.agency.

If you fill in our form, call us or send us an email, we keep what you send: your name, organization, email, phone number, message and how you’d like us to reach you. We use it to reply and to carry on the conversation. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.

If you become a client, we also keep what we need to do the work and run the business: contact details, the content and files you send us, and invoices and payment records. When you pay by card, our payment provider handles it, so we never see or store your full card number.

When we build and look after a website for a client, it may collect information from that site’s visitors, for example through forms, bookings or donations. We handle that information only for our client and on their instructions, and their privacy policy covers it. We can sign a data processing agreement if a client needs one.

We count visits so we know which pages are useful, using Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you around the internet, which is why this site has no cookie banner. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may also keep short-lived records of requests, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site secure.

Our typefaces are served from this site, so no one else sees the request. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare.

A few trusted companies help us run the business: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, checks our contact form for spam and delivers it to us, and Google, which handles our email and calendar. They only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

If you write to us and don’t become a client, we delete your messages after two years. We keep client records while we work together, and afterward for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if something goes wrong that affects you, we’ll tell you promptly.

If you’re a medical practice, please don’t send patient details through our form, and we won’t ask for them. When we build a site for a practice, we set the forms up so they don’t collect health information either.

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, and we’ll tell you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, send you a copy or stop using it. Write to hello@livingbrand.agency and we’ll reply within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, for example California, another US state, the UK or the EU, the law gives you these rights too, and you can complain to your local privacy regulator.

We don’t track visitors across other websites or sell their data, so this site works the same whether or not your browser sends one of these privacy signals.

We’re based in the United States, and the services we use may store information there. If you’re in the UK or EU, we use your information because we need it to reply to you and run our business, to carry out our agreement with you, or because the law requires us to keep it.
